Room Rentals

Thank you for considering us as the place to hold your meeting or special event.  Creating a space where community members, organizations and groups can connect is an important part of our work. We offer several room rental options, which are described below. All rooms available for rent are located on the ground floor and are fully accessible with accessible restrooms. Reservation of a room requires a review our Rental Policies, a deposit, completed Room Reservation Form and Reservation Agreement. You may submit your completed Reservation Agreement here.

We are a drug, alcohol, and tobacco free campus. Mountain Home Montana reserves the right to refuse any room reservation requests.

Available Rooms:

Children’s Center
The Children’s Center is a fully furnished playroom, with learning toys, craft areas, toddler table and chairs, and bathroom geared for ages zero to five years old.  There is direct access to a fenced playground with a basketball hoop, tricycle path, sand pit, and climbing toys geared for toddlers.  All children in the Children’s Center and the playground must be supervised by an adult.  The Children’s Center can be used for home visiting, parenting assessments, one-on-one interaction time, supervised visitation, group activities, birthday parties, and child care.  A one way observation window separates the Children’s Center from the Counseling Room.

Counseling Room
The Counseling Room is a relaxed and private meeting room, with a couch, two rockers, a small desk and a library of parenting resources.  It can be rented for home visiting, one-on-one interaction, therapy sessions, assessments, interviews, etc.  The one way observation window looks into the Children’s Center and can be used for parenting assessments or to view children as they are cared for during a private meeting.  The Counseling Center can also be used as meeting spaces for small work groups, committee meetings, or treatment meetings. 

Volunteer Room
The Volunteer Room is an office space available for short term volunteer projects and interns.  It is equipped with three desks, extra seating, and access to computers, printing, and office supplies.  The Volunteer Office can be rented for extra work space for community event planning or community organization efforts.

Conference Center
The Conference Center has a capacity for 50 people or less and is equipped with conference tables, chairs, a large television, DVD player, and adequate plug-ins and space for projectors.  There is also a small buffet for coffee, tea, and snacks. 

Kitchen
The Kitchen is attached to the Conference Room and contains a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, basic cooking and serving utensils, plates, coffee cups, and glass for up to 12.
