Mountain Home Montana is a private nonprofit organization providing supportive housing programs for  young mothers age 16-24 and their  children. 

Mountain Home Montana offers Supportive Housing (seven-bedroom home), Permanent Supportive Housing (five apartments), and mental health services. At Mountain Home Montana, we use strength-based, individualized programs and best-practice models to help young mothers learn the life skills they need to become independent, capable parents.
